  • Can I rent rackets from you?
    Clearly you can do that! There are two ways to do this: Either you book the rental clubs when booking via Playtomic or you pay directly on site using a Twint QR code. The cost of the rental is CHF 5.
  • Can I rent balls?
    We don't rent balls. However, you have the option to buy new balls from our vending machine. There is also a container with used balls available.
  • Can I test and buy rackets?
    Yes you can! At our facility we offer you various Head brand rackets for you to try out and buy. If you are interested, please contact us by email (info@padelhub.ch).
  • Bietet ihr auch Trainings an?

  • How do I get to the facility?
    When booking online via Playtomic, you will receive an email with the access code, which you must enter when entering the facility. The code is activated 30 minutes before the start of the game.
  • Is there staff on site?
    No, the system is operated fully automatically. If you have any problems, Messe Lucerne is available. Otherwise, the PadelHub team can be reached by phone at any time. For security reasons, the facility is under video surveillance.
  • Verfügen die Anlagen über Garderoben?
    Luzern: Auf der Anlage befindet sich eine Umkleidekabine. Zudem kann die Freizeitgarderobe der Stadt Luzern in Gehdistanz von der Anlage zum Duschen verwendet werden. Aarau: Leider verfügt die Anlage über keine Garderobe.
  • Gibt es Toiletten auf der Anlage?
    Luzern: Toiletten befinden sich in der Freizeitgarderobe der Stadt Luzern, die 3 Gehminuten von der Anlage entfernt ist. Aarau: Auf dem Areal des Torfeld Süds gibt es Toiletten.
  • May I cancel my reservation?
    Yes, you can cancel your booking free of charge via Playtomic up to 24 hours in advance. After that we unfortunately have to charge you for the booking.
  • How much in advance can I book at PadelHub?
    You can reserve 14 days in advance.
  • Can I rent the facility for an event?
    Sure, you can! Please contact us at info@padelhub.ch so that we can make you an offer.
  • What is the advantage if I top up my Playtomic Wallet?
    When you load money onto your Club Wallet, you benefit from attractive conditions and a discount.
  • Bietet ihr Gutscheine an?
    Ja auf jeden Fall! Schreib uns eine Email mit dem gewünschten Betrag und wir senden dir einen Gutschein inkl. Rechnung per Email zu.
  • Can you play padel with two people?
    Padel is usually played in doubles, i.e. 2 against 2. Of course, the pitch can also be used by two people for training purposes.
  • Wie finde ich Mitspieler:innen?
    Tritt unserer WhatsApp Community bei, um Spielpartner:innen zu finden oder nimm an einem unserer Events teil. ​ Luzern: Hier geht's zur Gruppe! Aarau: Hier geht's zur Gruppe! Auf Playtomic kannst du zudem ganz einfach „Open Matches“ erstellen – so können sich andere Spieler direkt in deine Buchung eintragen und mitspielen.
